Ginger – Zingiber officinale

Ginger oil taken orally has been shown to significantly decrease joint edema in arthritis sufferers. It is a potent anti-inflammatory agent.

Tuscany Eggplant Recipe

  • 1 medium eggplant
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 drops ginger oil
  • 2-T soy sauce
  • 1-t grated garlic
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 4 cups cooked brown rice

Directions: Peel and slice eggplant into 1” squares. Place egglpant, oil, water, soy sauce, and ginger oil into a pan. Bring to a boil and simmer with lid on for 10 minutes. Add grated ginger and stir. Cook with lid off for another 5 minutes. Add grated garlic, cook another 5 min. Stir in rice and parsley, reheat & enjoy!"

Ginger Spice Ecstasy

  • 2 cups fresh carrot juice
  • Sliced fresh ginger to taste
  • 2 drops nutmeg oil
  • 1 drop cinnamon oil
  • 1 to 3 drops stevia concentrate

Directions: Add ginger to juicer while juicing carrots. To carrot and ginger juice, stir in nutmeg oil, cinnamon oil, and stevia. Optional – ad ¼ cup beet juice.
