"New Year Intentions: A Self-Care Ritual"
Jennifer will guide you to explore your Sankalpa for the New Year. Sankalpa is a yogic term that describes a deep rooted intention behind your goals & dreams that creates a foundation to your happiness and well-being. A short breathing practice and guided visualization will be offered. Participants will want to have a journal or something to record their intention writing.
Some of Jennifer's recommendations from the webinar:
- Read The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom by Don Miguel Ruiz
- Try out a planner by Leonie Dawson
- Watch Jennifer's Mindful Monday meditations on the ACHS Facebook page! Available here and here.
- While you are working through the self-care ritual, try diffusing an essential oil blend that contains cardamom, such as the Joyful Tidings Blend from the Apothecary Shoppe.
