Making an Infused Oil
In this webinar presented by ACHS Dean of Aromatherapy Amanda Lattin, we discuss the step-by-step process of creating an infused oil using three methods: water bath, solar, and slow cooker. We will discuss common garden herbs that can be used to create versatile infused oils for salves, body oils, and skin care preparations. We will explore several carrier oils which are ideal for creating infused oils. Amanda will demonstrate how to make a Calendula-infused oil and a St. John's Wort-infused oil.

Carrier Oils: Skin Benefits and Uses
Carrier oils have therapeutic properties which are beneficial for good skin health. Come and learn easy ways to incorporate carrier oils into your skincare regime with ACHS Professor Margaret LaPierre.
